Howlfest calls for expressions of interest

HOWLfest is FIVE days of live Music performed by women, Workshops facilitated by women, and Films, Theatre, Dance, Spoken word and Art written, performed and/or produced by women.

HOWLfest aims to promote women who create original, independent work.

This funky festy takes place in the coastal city of Newcastle NSW 28 Jan - 1 Feb 2004.

We're interested in hearing from women interested in:

::: Film/Video: chicks, flicks, video tape, long, short...
::: Theatre: Performance Art, street theatre, stage plays etc
::: Mistresses of Verse: Spoken word, slam poets, MC s, comics...
::: Visual Arts: Sculpture, mixed media, painting, drawing, cartoons....
::: Dance: Break dancing, latin, tap, funk, belly, interpretive, whatever...
::: Music: Rock, Punk, Hip Hop, Funk, Pop, Folk, Percussion, Instrumental, Blues, Soul, Acappella, Acoustic, Country, Electronica ......
