Brisbane Advent*jah with Public Enemy, Skeewiff, Deetron + more

The big week has finally arrived and this Saturday night is the
night! International DJs are already jetting into the country and in
another SURPRISE move the Advent*jah team & Hydrofunk announce the
new addition of the 18th international act in the form of UK breaks
funkateers SKEEWIFF (Jalapeno Records/dual DJ set) if you`re
listening to Triple J you`ll probably know their track `Cruise
Control` (they are aka Shaft `Mucho Mambo`)
Ticket stocks are starting to get low & the anticipation is building
like crazy! The Slinky DJs are already here with John Kelly playing a
storming set to close the West End Street festival last Sunday night.
Leeroy Thornhill drops into Citybeach Queen Street Mall for a pre-
fest instore DJ set & autograph session on Saturday at 2.30pm &
broadcast to screens in all stores throughout Qld.

8 stages of the finest dance music entertainment are ready to
explode! (see the full line up below)There is also a strong rumour
that PUBLIC ENEMY are planning to record their LIVE IN AUSTRALIA DVD
at this their biggest concert on the Australian tour!
Important info:A few things to note about Advent*jah
1. It`s over 18`s only.
2. Public Enemy are on for 2 hours live from 9pm so don`t be late if
you want to catch `em all.
3. All acts are 100% confirmed with most of them already in the
country bar one: Dave Atkins from the Resin Dogs has decided to
graciously hand his set over to Skeewiff (UK), nice one!
4. There will be no byo glowsticks, alcohol or liquids allowed.
5. 20 page programs (with Map & DJ times) are now in all stores to
help you plan your big night.
